Paddington helps out
The irresistible Paddington Bear, who was found on Paddington station, returns in this reissued novel, with a brand new cover design.
“Oh dear!” said Paddington, “I’m in trouble again.”
Somehow trouble always comes naturally to Paddington. What other bear could catch a fish in his hat, or cause havoc in the Browns’ kitchen just trying to be helpful?

Paddington takes the test
Again we find Paddington in excellent form--and, as usual, up to his ears in trouble. By accident he takes a driving test and is later presented with a certificate to drive something very special. Somehow his neighbor, Mr. Curry, is padlocked into Mr. Brown's new steaming-hot sauna bath, while Paddington has difficulty remembering his combinations. Paddington Takes the Test is packed full of the bear's well-meaning intentions, which go hilariously wrong.

Paddington in the garden
Rev., pbk. ed
"50 years"--Cover
For Paddington, one of the nicest things about being a bear and living with the Brown family is being able to share their lovely garden. But gardens don't just happen, and the one at number thirty-two Windsor Gardens keeps the whole family busy, so Paddington is only too please to lend a paw when they give him a chance. He may not have 'green fingers', but the fact that paws and marmalade are never far apart leads to some unexpectedly colourful results during National Garden Week!
