It's Halloween in Gotham City, but the streets are frightfully empty. The trick-or-treaters have all disappeared! Soon, Ace the Bat-Hound sniffs out a flock of feathered felons. These evil Scaredy Crows have coated the city in fear dust, scaring everyone away. Now, the Bat-Hound is Halloween's only hope!
